Then ask her what videos has she watched recently and what ones did she really enjoy.

This allows you to ask questions about the video or videos she recently watched. The point here is to keep the conversation going.

If the conversation seems to take off, now is your chance to ask her out. Make sure you know what movies are playing at all the nearby theaters. Then tell her you where thinking about going to see such and such movie. This should be a movie of the same type you have been talking to her about. Then ask her if she would like to go see it with you.

If she says yes, get her phone number and let her know when you will call to arrange with her when it would be convenient for her.
