If you don’t take action you will be lucky if you ever meet any women. Let me repeat this again as it is that important. You must take action to pick up women.

Another thing you must learn is how to handle rejection. Being rejected by a woman is not the end of the world. Your leg is not going to fall off and you are not going to die. Rejection is just a part of life. Learn to accept it and move on with a smile.

Think of it this way. Each time you are rejected you are one woman closer to picking one up.

If you hear yourself saying something like, I can’t pick up a woman, make sure you understand that is just a bruised ego talking and nothing more. Shake it off and start approaching more women that you would like to meet and get to know.

So the first step you need to make is to face your fears and don’t even worry about being rejected. Make up your mind starting today to take action and get out and start meeting women. You can’t meet women sitting at home all by yourself.

Another thing you need to realize is picking up women is a numbers game. You are going to have to approach a certain number of women that will reject you before you meet one that you hit it off with.

I am sure you have seen all types of books and websites that give you hundreds of pick up lines. Let me tell you right now. Don’t use them! They only make you look like an idiot.

What you need to do is just be yourself. When you approach a woman simply introduce yourself and tell her something like I saw you and just had to meet you. Feel free to compliment her on her hair, dress, shoes or something else as long as you are being honest. All women like to receive sincere compliments.
